Ruben Arroco is the talent behind Culinary Artworks.
His career began with an apprenticeship at the
Tradewinds Hotel of Manila in the Philippines.
Ruben then moved his career to Bermuda and became the
Chef Garde Manger at the Coral Beach Club Resort,
Waterloo House, Horizons, Newstead and at The Hamilton
Princess Hotel.
Furthering his career in the United States, he was
Chef Garde Manger at the New Hampshire Convention
Center, and next, Head Chef at the Ramada Inn of
Concord, N.H. He then became the Executive Chef at
the Officers’ Club at the Hanscom Air Force Base in
Bedford, MA. He has also served as a private
restaurant and catering consultant.
Ruben has also demonstrated ice carving techniques to
the Culinary Arts students of Nashoba Technical
School.
